Delivery orders are sent to the logistic platform of the company or to an external platform.

Sell only available products

There are 2 current practices :

Available stocks are updated and regularly forwarded towards the e-merchant site.

The site queries the stock management system during visualisation or confirmation of the shopping cart

Manage customers over multiple channels

Customers' data are updated with a customer code so as to avoid duplicating customer forms during the use of an external CRM.

Other customers' data such as loyalty points used in shops, can also be synchronized in this way.
